Floods Hill Rocks Again Tonight

Concerts are free and open to the public

The first concert of the summer, last Wednesday night, saw hundreds of residents at Floods Hill on Wednesday night for the music of Matthew Friedman and his band, Stiletto, performing the music of Billy Joel.

Friedman is a musician, singer and performer known best for his role as Billy Joel or the Piano Man in the First National Touring Company of Billy Joel and Twyla Tharp's acclaimed musical,Movin' Out.  According to the Daily News review of Movin' Out,  "Friedman's knockout rendition of 'Goodnight Saigon' truly takes your breath away."

Michael Bollinger, Executive Director of SOPAC, which partners with the Village and Baird to produce the concert series, introduced Friedman and the summer events.
