We've known Housewives of the Garden State, and seen locals frolic on (and at the ) Jersey Shore. But Food and Wine Magazine features a slide show entitled Chefs from New Jersey. It includes recipes from Mario Batali, Rutgers alum, Tom Colicchio, native of Elizabeth, and Lidia Bastianich, whose first United States home was in North Bergen.
