Here Come the Brides
First Annual Bridal Showcase at Orange Lawn Tennis Club will feature local vendors

Organizing a wedding can make finding a mate look easy. Ingrid Williams hopes to simplify local wedding planning with the first annual Village Bridal Showcase on Mon., Aug. 16, from 4:00 until 6:oo p.m. at the Orange Lawn Tennis Club. Proceeds from the event will benefit Wish Upon a Wedding.
Williams, who owns Your Big Day Event & Party Planning, has invited local wedding professionals offering everything from invitations to cake. "This bridal show will take some of the stress away from planning a wedding because there will be so many great professionals under one roof. You will get inspiration, look at samples and make appointments right on the spot," explains Williams.
She further notes that, "Donations will contribute to making a couple's wedding dreams come true." Wish Upon a Wedding, a favorite cause for Williams, is a non-profit organization that provides traditional or same-gender weddings at destinations across the United States for individuals facing life-threatening illness.

Besides, she says, with both a cocktail and makeup lounge, it will simply be "a great evening out."
