Juvenile Arrests: Trespass; Theft; Broken Windows at Marshall School
A look at recent police activity

* Six juveniles were arrested on July 15, at approximately 10 p.m., after they were observed inside a vacant house on Vose Ave adjacent to the border of Orange. Officers responding to the scene removed alcohol, gasoline and a generator from the vacant premises.
* Two juveniles were arrested on July 15 at approximately 10:40 p.m. for throwing rocks at the windows of Marshall School and breaking one of them.
* A Kingman Rd. resident stated that sometime between July 16 and July 18, someone entered the rear of his yard and removed his Webber grill from the patio area.

* A victim parked her vehicle (2007 Nissan) in a driveway on Mayhew Dr. on July 18 at approximately 6:15am and when she returned to it less then an hour later she discovered it had been broken into. The driver's side door lock as well as the ignition cylinder had been damaged.
*Clinton Pace, 49, of Newark, was arrested on July 18 at approximately 8:00pm for assaulting his girlfriend while at the duck pond adjacent to Mead St. The victim suffered injuries to her eye and was taken to the hospital.

*On July 17, at approximately 6:45 am, the Irvington Police Department was actively pursuing suspects wanted for thefts in their jurisdiction. The suspect vehicle, a 2000 Lincoln, struck a tree on Self Pl. and the suspects fled. Three juveniles were arrested by responding South Orange Officers after giving chase on foot.
