Karriem, Wren-Hardin Thank Voters for Win

We would like to thank the voters of South Orange and Maplewood for re-electing us to the Board of Education. 

Your support of our message of “Raising the Bar and Closing the Gap” serves to reinforce our efforts to build on the progress we have made in addressing the achievement gap in our district.  We will continue to build a strong foundation through focus on curriculum, instruction, and assessment; effective teacher evaluation; and development of principals as instructional leaders. 

We are heartened to live in a community that values equity and excellence in education, and we appreciate all the people who worked tirelessly on our behalf to ensure that progress toward that end is realized.

We would like to express our gratitude to our campaign manager, Rahman Karriem, who believed in our message and successfully organized its delivery.
