Patch Prepares for Coverage of the Tenth Anniversary of 9/11

We welcome your photos and memories

As the nation approaches the tenth anniversary of Sept. 11, 2001, Patch hopes to tell the stories of South Orange. Many of us who live in town remember the day vividly; others arrived later. No matter; this community and the individuals who live here were touched by the events we call 9/11.

Patch would like to tell your story, or to help you tell your story. Whether you express your experiences in words, music, photos, art or other media, please let us know if you’d be willing to share with South Orange. In other words, we welcome photos, your memory of the day, reflections you have had since.

Our coverage will include lists of services and events at local houses of worship, profiles of individuals, lists of how and when to mark the date in town and around the county, as well as photos from the memorials that surround us.
