A Holland Rd. resident stated that on May 6, he discovered some onehad written on the north and south side of his garage in purple ink the words "Kenmore Ave Hood."
A Tichenor Ave. resident stated that sometime during the night of May 17, someone damaged the driver's side door to his 1998 BMW by forcing the door frame open and placing a coat hanger in it.
A juvenile was arrested May 14 at approximately 10:05pm on Wilden Pl. after a plainclothes officer and an unmarked police vehicle observed the juvenile and two other individuals approach a lone individual walking along the street. The officer observed the juvenile place brass knuckles on his hand as he approached the potential victim. The officers were able to quickly arrest the subject and recover the weapon. The investigation is continuing at this time.
Troy Balkum, 47, of South Orange resident was arrested on May 14 at approximately 1:05pm after he was stopped for a motor vehicle violation. He had an outstanding warrant issued for his arrest out of Bergen County.
