Spiotta Park is the target of a coming "Yarnbombing" event, and knitters, fiber artists, and crocheters are welcome. The South Orange/Maplewood Artist Studio Tour, June 3, 2012, will see a Collaborative Community Art Project. All ages and levels of experience are welcome and encouraged to join in June; an organizational meeting will be held on March 14th, at 7 pm, at the Baird Center. Past yarnstorming events have included anti-bullying awareness, and <a href="https://patch.com/A-kr0S" rel="nofollow">yarnstorming for pride</a>, led by Wooly Momma and Purl Buck. (The yarnstormers use code names.)
