In this special holiday edition of our Kids Yoga Adventure, children will explore fun mindful movement, imaginative storytelling, and the magic of sound through music, instruments, and nature-inspired soundscapes. As they move and breathe, they’ll be guided through stories—helping them relax, focus, and connect with their creativity.
Perfect for calming busy minds and nurturing imagination during the holiday season.
We’ll wrap up with a cup of hot cocoa and take home craft to celebrate the cozy spirit of winter!
