The Kinnelon Health Department will be hosting a free rabies clinic for cats and dogs on Nov. 17 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Department of Public Works garage on Kinnelon Road.
The rabies clinic will be held from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Dogs must be on a leash and cats should arrive in carriers while they wait with their owners to be vaccinated.
