$14.6K Contract Awarded to Reconstruct Cedar Grove Parkway

Cedar Grove Council Members approved the contract at an August 4 meeting.

According to Municipal Clerk Kathleen Stutz, engineering firm Keller & Kirkpatrick was awarded the $14,600 contract to reconstruct Cedar Grove Parkway, reported The Verona-Cedar Grove Times.

During the meeting, Township Manager Thomas Tucci reportedly said that the “curb needs to be replaced.” According to The Verona-Cedar Grove Times, Tucci added that construction will begin this fall or next spring, “once designs for the project are completed and approved.”

The year long contract agreement allows the engineering firm “design and reconstruct the parkway, which is bordered by Fairview and Pompton avenues,” reports The Verona-Cedar Grove Times.
