Patch: How long have you been doing business in town?
Marco Munoz: We opened on August 7th in the Pilgrim Shopping Center in Verona, NJ.

Patch: What attracted you to the line of work you’re in, and how did you get started?
Marco Munoz: I started playing golf during COVID and was immediately hooked. As I played more often and looked for additional ways to practice. I tried various simulators and liked their potential, but felt like the pricing and simulator experience needed to improve. I felt like this was an opportunity to meet a need in the marketplace and I started the process of building GPC.

Patch: What's the most common piece of advice you give to customers?
Marco Munoz: Don't just practice. Practice smart, get great information. Track the data about your game and practice all aspects of it. This is why golf simulation is a game changer.
Patch: What’s the most satisfying part of your job?
Marco Munoz: Watching others enjoy the game I love so much in the space I have created for them.
Patch: How would you say your business or organization distinguishes itself from the others?
Marco Munoz: There are several. 1) The simulator experience: Our sims have automated teeing systems so that our customers never need to bend and chase their balls again. We are the most affordable simulators in the area. 2) Our members will pay as little as $20/ hour this is a third of the cost of other simulators. We believe that golf practice and simulation needs to be priced competitively with driving ranges and not the course. 3) Our technology simulates short game such as putting beautifully so that our customers can focus on short game. 4) Our size means that sims are readily available to the public and that we can facilitate small events such as friendly outings to large corporate and or charity events with hundreds of attendees.
