Local Justice: Decisions in the Cedar Grove Municipal Court

In State v Alexandra Stockham, of Morristown, State v. Ashley Kalleberg, of Succasunna, and State v. Bastian Romero, of Dover, the State charged each of the three defendants with defiant trespass at the Hospital Center on Jan. 28, in violation of New Jersey criminal statute 2C:18-3B. All three defendants pleaded guilty to an amended charge of loitering in violation of Township Ordinance 188-10.  The court imposed upon each defendant a $256 fine and $33 in court costs.

The Cedar Grove Municipal Court convenes in the Municipal Building, located at 525 Pompton Ave.  The court convenes on the first four Wednesdays of the month. The next court date is tomorrow.
