Patch Picks: 5 Cars For Sale

1. 2014 Nissan GT-R - New - $99,590-$109,330

From AOL Autos: Powered by a hand-built 545-hp twin-turbo 3.8-liter V6, the GT-R makes good use of all that thrust through a paddle-shifted, rear mounted six-speed dual clutch sequential gearbox and electronic all-wheel drive. Roads and racetracks are handled by an electronically controlled independent suspension that adjusts itself to changing conditions, or allows the driver to choose a preferred setting. Handling is also assisted by 20-inch forged alloy wheels surrounding 15-inch cross-drilled Brembo brakes at all four corners. The interior features performance bucket seats, a console mounted starter button and a centrally mounted video screen that can display several pages of mechanical and driving information as well as navigation and audio. Speed sensitive wipers, auto on/off headlights, USB iPod interface, Bluetooth streaming audio and XM NavWeather and NavTraffic also come standard on the GT-R.

2. 2014 Subaru Forester - New - $21,995-$32,995

From AOL Autos: The Forester is available in six trim levels: 2.5i, 2.5i Premium, 2.5i Limited, 2.5i Touring, 2.0XT Premium and 2.0XT Touring. All 2.5i variants are equipped with a 2.5-liter horizontally-opposed naturally-aspirated four-cylinder engine, producing 170 horsepower. For 2014, both "XT" variants get a new 2.0-liter horizontally-opposed four-cylinder engine with direct fuel injection, generating 250 horsepower compliments of an intercooled turbocharger. Transmissions are also new for this model year - the 2.5i and 2.5i Premium get a six-speed manual, while all other trims are mated to a Lineartronic continuously variable transmission (CVT) with manual shift mode (available on the 2.5i and 2.5i Premium). Notable (trim-dependent) features include a sport-tuned suspension, panoramic glass sunroof, power liftgate, 17- or 18-inch aluminum wheels, automatic climate control, heated front seats, leather upholstery, HD and satellite radio, a USB port and Bluetooth wireless phone/audio streaming capability.

3. 2013 Jeep Compass - New - $18,451-$22,564

From AOL Autos: The Compass is an affordable compact SUV, designed to bring the Jeep name to a broader range of drivers with its car-like on-road capability and fuel economy.

Sharing the same platform as its stablemate, the Patriot, the Compass is offered in both front-wheel and full-time four-wheel drive configurations. Three trim levels are available: Sport, Latitude and Limited. The front-wheel drive Sport and Latitude trims are powered by a 158-hp 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine, while all other models get a 172-hp 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine (optional on the FWD Sport and Latitude). Available transmissions include a five-speed manual and a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) with manual shift mode. Sport trims are equipped with 17-inch aluminum wheels, fog lights, air conditioning, cruise control and a CD player with MP3 capability, while Latitude trims add heated front seats, including a fold-flat passenger seat, and a leather steering wheel with integrated audio controls. The Limited is further outfitted with 18-inch aluminum wheels, a power driverâ??s seat, leather upholstery, automatic climate control, satellite radio and a 6-disc CD/DVD player.
