Cedar Grove police are asking for the public's help in solving a weekend burglary of a Brunswick Road home. The homeowner told police someone broke into his home sometime between Thursday, Aug. 30 and Monday by forcing open a ground-floor window. The homeowner told police a laptop, jewelry, a jar containing change and a suitcase were taken. A neighbor told police he saw someone walking with a flashlight through the backyard next to the burglarized home on Sunday night. Anyone with additional information should call Cedar Grove detectives at (973) 239-4100.

Cedar Grove police are asking for the public’s help in solving a weekend burglary of a Brunswick Road home.
