VERONA, NJ — Several police officers in Verona were recently honored with an award from Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD).

Verona officers Joseph Clark, Shane Daly and Brendan Heller have received a Recognition of Excellence Award from the advocacy group.

“Their dedication to removing impaired drivers from the road helps keep our community safe,” a social media post from the Verona Police Department states. “Thank you for your continued commitment to public safety.”
