CARNEYS POINT, NJ - A crash on the New Jersey Turnpike in Carneys Point has prompted commuting delays Saturday morning, authorities said.

As of 9:50 a.m., there’s a crash and a vehicle fire on the New Jersey Turnpike toll plaza northbound entering at interchange 1 - Delaware Memorial Bridge in Carneys Point, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.

One lane is currently blocked, the agency said.
