Pedestrian Struck on Kings Highway
Michael Hebrans of Pitman was transported to Cooper University Hospital for precautionary reasons. He has since been discharged.

A Pitman man who was traveling along Kings Highway on Sunday night was struck and knocked to the ground by a driver who didn't see him.
According to West Deptford Police, Michael Hebrans, 35, was wearing dark clothing as he walked along Kings Highway near the intersection of Jessup Road a little before 8 p.m.
The driver of a Chevrolet Malibu headed south on Kings Highway did not see Hebrans, but heard a noise upon impact and stopped. Emergency responders transported Hebrans to Cooper University Hospital in Camden for evaluation.Â

Police said Hebrans did not seem injured at the scene, and he was reported to be in stable condition after his transport. By mid-day Monday, a spokesperson from Cooper confirmed that Hebrans had been discharged from the hospital.
Police have not released the name of the driver of the vehicle.
