Stolen Watches, Prescriptions: West Deptford Crimelog

A pair of thefts on April 21 has police looking into incidents on Mantua Grove Road and Timberline Drive.

West Deptford police reported that the following incidents occurred last week within the borough.

  • On April 18, a woman reported the theft of her iPhone 4 (valued at $250) from inside the Colonial Cafe.

  • On April 21, a resident of Mantua Grove Road reported the theft of a watch (valued at $500) and prescription medications (valued at $150) from within the residence.

That same day, a resident of Timberline Drive reported that two watches (valued at $50 each) and prescription medications (valued at $50 each) had been stolen from within his residence. 

There was no forced entry to the home on Timberline Drive, and the owner suspects that an acquaintance may have committed the theft.

  • On April 24, a resident of Tattersall Drive reported that the driver’s side window of his vehicle had been smashed out. It did not appear as though anyone had entered his vehicle, however, and nothing was reported missing from within.
