West Deptford Boys, Girls Advance to Soccer Finals
The girls play Haddonfield for the title Thursday, while the boys go Friday against Middle Township.

The West Deptford boys soccer team will get a chance to defend its South Jersey, Group 2 title.
After a scoreless first half against rival Haddonfield Tuesday, the Eagles rallied for three goals, including Luke McKeown's game-winner, to put away the Bulldawgs, 3-1 in the semifinals.
Gary Simmons got the Eagles on the board just minutes into the second half, and Kevin Gill added an insurance goal after Haddonfield's John Alemi brought the Bulldawgs within a goal.

West Deptford 5, Haddon Heights 1
While the boys team is already past the Haddonfield threat, the Bulldawgs now loom for the Eagles after West Deptford's semifinal win over Haddon Heights Monday.
Sam Budd put in the hat trick for the Eagles, who were in total control against the Garnets. Tina Furfari and Gabby Sileo also scored.
The No. 2-seeded Eagles will head to Haddonfield for the title match Thursday afternoon at 2 p.m.
