New Thai Restaurant Opens In Westfield

Maya Thai Eatery is brand new to Westfield and serving up traditional Pad Thai and curries, as well as variety of soups, salads and more.

WESTFIELD, NJ — From classic noodle dishes like Pad Thai and Pad See Ew to a variety of curry dishes and grilled meats, Maya Thai Eatery offers tons of delicious options for Westfield residents.

The new Thai restaurant officially opened its doors in downtown Westfield on Wednesday at 235 Elmer Street — the former location of Xocolatz Restaurant & Grill, a Brazilian and Continental restaurant.

Maya Thai prides itself as being a "premier and authentic" Thai restaurant that has been serving the New Jersey area since 2022.

"Our mission has been to provide high-quality food for all those that wish to combine fun and enjoyable ambiance with skillful cooking into one extraordinary dining experience," the website states.

The website also highlights that Pad Thai and Red Curry are served all day at the restaurant.

Vegetarian options include a special fresh summer roll, containing mixed greens, lettuce, tofu, ground peanut with tamarind and a hoisin glaze, as well as several other vegetable dishes.

Maya Thai also offers gluten free dishes, such as gluten free steamed noodles, a GF Pad Thai, green curry, red curry and Massaman curry.

Customers can either dine-in or order takeout.
