Recipe for a Healthy Life at Westfield Memorial Library

On Tuesday, September 29 at 7:00 pm, the Westfield Memorial Library will present a program called “A Recipe for a Healthy Life.” The library is located at 550 East Broad Street, Westfield.
The presenter is Westfield resident Sharon Goldner, who said, “Through this informative program, you will acquire some new strategies to maintain a balanced diet and lifestyle that will stand the test of time and circumstance. If you dislike the idea of “dieting” for short term benefits, discover how eating whole grains and colorful produce can improve your energy, digestion and waistline for the long term.”

Stress, sleep and exercise can have an important impact on your food choices, she continued, and the energy of food can also affect the quality of your life. Ms. Goldner studied to be a Health Coach at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City, and is certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and Columbia University Teacher’s College.
She trained as a Vegetarian Chef at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts. As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, chef, and new author, Ms. Goldner frequently speaks on wellness. She motivates and guides individuals and groups to improve their diet, health and happiness. Her coaching practice is located in Fanwood.
