Patch has partnered with T-Mobile to recognize these often unsung community leaders and celebrate their contributions.

What does this community leader do?
She selfishly and continuously gives her heart and lending hands to civic, health, educational, racial inequality and law enforcement issues, by leading the trail to make sure that her community is healthy, fair and free to share humanity for the well being and good spirits of all.
Why do you believe the community leader should be recognized or honored?
Because of her unflagging dedication, genuine kindness, selfless actions, timeless efforts and just plain sincerity to be woke, engaged, and present front and center to promote erasing borders to forge inclusion of all communities regardless of race, color, gender or creed.
What's one thing you want everyone to know about the community hero?
She unselfishly and continuously gives her heart, time and service to serve at the helm of the community for the betterment of all.
