Improvement Project Begins At West Orange Medical Office Building
Atkins Companies has kicked off a large "capital improvement project" at a medical office building in West Orange, the firm announced.

WEST ORANGE, NJ — Atkins Companies has kicked off a large “capital improvement project” at a medical office building in West Orange, the firm recently announced.
The project is taking place at the 120,000-square-foot Atkins Kent 101 medical office building located at 101 Old Short Hills Road.
According to a company news release, the new capital improvement project will “modernize the building’s common areas to better meet the needs of today’s health care practitioners and their patients.” The plan will include a complete renovation and modernization of the common areas and restrooms on the second, fourth and fifth floors.
