Luxury Apartment Complex Opens In West Orange With Hundreds Of Units

WEST ORANGE, NJ — Leasing is now open for a new luxury apartment complex in West Orange, developers announced this week.

According to a news release from BNE Real Estate Group, Stonehill, located at 1000 Executive Drive, is located in a redeveloped section of West Orange that is close to the township's new library building and an in-progress public dog park – which is scheduled to open this spring.

The three-building complex – designed by Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners – has 424 rental residences (one and two-bedroom) and 44,000 square feet of amenities, including two onsite “lifestyle clubs” with social lounges and entertainment zones. Other amenities include “24/7 concierge service,” an outdoor swimming pool with private cabanas, co-working lounges with private offices, an indoor/outdoor movie lounge, poker and card rooms, virtual sports simulators, fitness studios with commercial-grade cardio and weight-training equipment, private dining rooms, pet spas, a children’s playroom, outdoor BBQs/firepits and walking trails. Private garage parking and complimentary shuttle service to NJ Transit is available.

Developers said that Stonehill is located near the “revitalized” Essex Green Town Center, which is home to businesses such as ShopRite, Starbucks, Petco, Panera, Total Wine & More, and AMC Dine-In Theatres.
