WEST ORANGE, NJ — A medical office building in West Orange has a new owner, a real estate firm reported Thursday. According to NAI James E. Hanson, a two-story, 10,000-square-foot medical office building at 1001 Pleasant Valley Way in West Orange was recently sold for $2.5 million. NAI James E. Hanson represented the seller, Robert Scibetti, in the transaction with the buyer, Premiere Titan Properties LLC. The property is located across from the Essex County Country Club in West Orange. "West Orange is a high-barrier-to-entry market, especially for buildings of this size in such a centralized location," said Darren Lizzack of NAI James E. Hanson.
