WEST ORANGE, NJ — Middlesex County student transport company 2nd Student is opening an office in West Orange, according to a news release. The company has leased space at a building at 47 Park Avenue as part of its effort to expand its Essex County footprint, and will take up residence in the 5,000-square-foot, multi-tenant office building, located close to the I-280 interchange, according to a statement from the West Orange-based Sheldon Gross Realty, which facilitated the signing of the new lease. Adding to the roster of companies located in West Orange is a win-win for all involved," said Sheldon Gross, founder and president of Sheldon Gross Realty. "Whenever we complete a transaction in West Orange, that's always a bit special," Gross said.
