ShopRite will be leading the charge in our region with ShopRite Partners In Caring, our year-round, community based initiative that provide funds to help feed the hungry and raises awareness of the issue of hunger.On Wednesday, September 17, 2014, the ShopRite of Essex Green in West Orange will be hosting a "Help Bag Hunger" event. Local officials are being invited to help bag for this great cause. The "Bag For Hunger Event" will be held between noon and 1:00 p.m.The Partners In Caring Program runs from August 24, 2014 thru September 27, 2014.The donations are rung up at the register under "Partners In Caring".All ShopRite stores participate in this program, and the donations are distributed after the program ends. The Dignitaries help bag at the registers raising awareness of those who go hungry and need help.
