Trader Joe’s Plans To Bring New Store To West Orange

WEST ORANGE, NJ — A plan to bring a Trader Joe’s store to West Orange is officially in the works.

A company spokesperson confirmed to Patch that Trader Joe’s intends to open a location in West Orange.

“We do not yet have a location or timeline to confirm at this time,” the spokesperson said, adding that the company maintains a list of soon-to-open stores on its website.

“We are actively looking at hundreds of neighborhoods across the country as we hope to open more new neighborhood stores each year,” the company added.

Earlier this year, Trader Joe’s said it plans to open 21 new stores in 13 states. Read More: Trader Joe's Set To Open New NJ Location

Meanwhile, plans to open another high-profile store – a new Target – are still on track for this fall, a spokesperson recently said.
