What Does It Cost To Rent In West Orange?

What do you think it costs to rent in West Orange? Probably more than you think. 

The website Rich Blocks, Poor Blocks has broken down the rental costs in town and mapped them out using data from the American Community Survey, which is park of the most recent Census. 

The website shows the median monthly rent throughout West Orange and for renter residents it seems as if they pay more than most throughout the state.

According to the website, the monthly middle-rental range in New Jersey is estimated between $928 and $1,071. 

In West Orange rent starts at $1,052 and is estimated at $1,645 on the high side.

Although, maybe the resident renters in West Orange should consider themselves lucky because the cost of renting takes a jump in nearby Essex Fells and Roseland, which average $1,804 and $1,750 a month.
