“Special operations require dealing with stressful circumstances. Being physically fit helps, but falls short of being the solution”, Heart said. “Ironically,” he added, “it is all in your mind. Compared with the very high‐level stress experienced during Special Operations, the level of stress we experience on a daily basis is significantly lower. However, the latter is sustained, and it is the sustainability that makes it difficult as its impact is cumulative. Special Forces training methodologies are utilized to teach, train and implement mind In control techniques. This, in turn, significantly improves adoption rate and impact of the taught mind In control techniques.”
At the end of the seminar, participants will have acquired a tangible skill: a mind In control technique they can immediately put to use and apply to every‐day life stressful events. Heart implements Kabbalistic knowledge of how to control emotional responses to stress by utilizing the same Special Forces techniques he practiced during his service.
