Every month, Fair Share Housing compiles rental and sale affordable housing opportunities from across the state. By law, all new construction in New Jersey has to set aside a certain portion to be affordable housing, under New Jersey's Mount Laurel doctrine.

Located at 100 Sobel Drive in Old Bridge, the Enclave at Woodhaven has 38 1- and 2-bedroom apartments they are legally required to reserve for very low-, low- and moderate-income families and income-qualified households.

Because this is a new property, a random selection will be held for all preliminary applications received on or before 1:00 p.m., January 3, 2024. After that, the waiting list will be closed.
Applicants who live or work in Hunterdon, Middlesex and Somerset counties will be given a preference pursuant to state regulations and local ordinances.
