The Grande At MetroPark Is Open And Renting

WOODBRIDGE, NJ — The Grande at MetroPark has been open and leasing its luxury apartments since 2018; construction on the fourth and final building in the complex is underway and scheduled to be complete by August 2023, according to the developer, Gold Oller Real Estate Investments.

This is the 356-unit luxury apartment complex located on the site of the former Ronson manufacturing facility (adjacent to Bed, Bath & Beyond and the Middlesex Water Company) in the Iselin section of Woodbridge.

The Grande has studios, one- and two-bedrooms and two bedrooms plus a den: Studios start at $2,095; one bedrooms start at $2,255 and two bedrooms are $2,895.

According to their website, they are now offering one month free when you sign a 13-month lease.

The Grande has many amenities — probably the most amenities out of any new Woodbridge apartment complex — including an outdoor pool, multiple indoor and outdoor lounges, fire pits, a covered parking garage, climate controlled storage, Amazon lockers, grills, a tot lot, children's play area, a movie screening theater and space for a juice bar. They will have another 10-15,000 square feet of amenity space when Building 4 is complete.

Many new apartment complexes have opened up in Woodbridge in the past five years and there is demand: The Vermella Woodbridge, which just opened in March, is already more than 60 percent leased, and Avenue & Green is more than 80 percent rented.

Rental prices in the New York City metro area have climbed back to an all-time high, according to a May 2022 survey from Rent. com.
