Here's Who Else Is Coming To Cloverleaf Shopping Center In Woodbridge

The new Cloverleaf shopping center, across from IHOP, is expected to become a commerce hub for Woodbridge Township.

WOODBRIDGE, NJ — Earlier this week, we reported Sprouts farmers' market will open Oct. 3 at Cloverleaf, the brand-new shopping center at Rt. 1 south across from the IHOP.

Sprouts Market will be an anchor tenant for the new shopping center.

A Paris Baguette bakery/cafe is also confirmed to open there, plus an ice cream shop called Nostos Ice Cream.

This was confirmed this week by a leasing agent for the shopping center.

The new Cloverleaf shopping center is located at 1002 St. Georges Avenue, which is where St. Georges (Rt. 35 north) intersects with Rt. 1 south.

It is expected to become a new commerce hub for Woodbridge Township.

The developer and owner of the Cloverleaf Center is Wick Companies, which has built numerous projects in Woodbridge, including the Red Oak Senior Living Apartments (which replaced Stern Towers) and the Green Oak Senior Living Complex, which is replacing Olsen Towers — both projects offer senior residents better living conditions at no increase in rent, Mayor McCormac previously said.

Other potential businesses Wick was talking to for Cloverleaf have not confirmed or signed leases as of mid-August. This includes the Sketchers sneakers store that was in talks to open there.
