Once Burlington opens its planned new 343,000-square-foot store there, it will bring St. George's Crossing to full occupancy.

They already signed the lease to move in, announced Levin.

“The discount retail segment continues to thrive, and Burlington’s expansion is a testament to that strength,” said LMC senior leasing representative E.J. Moawad, who spearheaded the Burlington lease on behalf of the landlord. “Over several years, our team has focused on elevating St. Georges Crossing’s appeal, and Burlington – a category-leading, traffic-generating brand – aligns perfectly with that vision. The energy at St. Georges Crossing continues to build, and we’re proud of how far the center has come.”
