Woodbridge Swim Club Sign-Ups Begin This Weekend

WOODBRIDGE, NJ — Highland Grove and Springwood outdoor pools will have registration open Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the pools, announced Woodbridge Mayor John McCormac.

The Children’s Clothes Closet is open from 10:00 a.m. to noon at the First Presbyterian Church of Woodbridge

The Woodbridge Community Players have auditions for their summer show from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm (Noon) at The Theatre at Woodbridge Middle School

The First Presbyterian Church of Avenel Clothes Closet is open from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm

The Chamber of Commerce Street Fair is on Main Street from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm

The POAC Autism Walk for a Difference is at Woodbridge High School from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm

There is a Mini-Thon at Colonia High School from 1:00 to 5:00 pm

Former Jet Joe Klecko is signing autographs at the Woodbridge Brew Pub from 2:00 to 4:00 pm

Angel Paws has an Art Auction at 6:00 pm at St. Anthony’s Church in Port Reading

JFK High has a Clothing Drive from 10:30 am to 3:00 pm both Saturday and Sunday.

On Sunday, the Woodbridge Elks have a fundraising breakfast from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm for their Special Children’s Committee, the Fords Business Community has a Flea Market and Vendor Fair from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm at 413 New Brunswick Avenue, the Hub City Opera and Dance Company has a Japanese culture performance called “Murasaki’s Moon” at 2:00 pm at the Avenel Performing Arts Center and the Woodbridge High School Track and Field will be having a fundraising carwash from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at the High School.
