36th Annual Arroyo Del Oso Christmas Eve Balloon Glow
Free event will feature 27 hot air balloons, food truck, and more
WHAT:The annual Arroyo Del Oso Christmas Eve Balloon Glow returns for its 36th year, inviting the community to celebrate the holiday spirit with a free evening of color, light, and cheer. Featuring 27 hot air balloons and six remote-control hot air balloons, this Albuquerque holiday tradition will illuminate the southern edge of the Arroyo Del Oso Golf Course, along Osuna Drive. Guests can enjoy the glow, grab a bite from local favorite Shake It Up food truck, and connect with balloon pilots – each featured as part of the event’s “12 Days of Christmas” series on the group’s event Facebook page.
WHEN: Wednesday, December 24, 2025 | 5:00 PM inflation (balloons to remain inflated until 6:30 PM, weather permitting)
WHERE: Southern edge of Arroyo Del Oso Golf Course; 7001 Osuna Rd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109 (specifically along Osuna between San Pedro and Louisiana).
Parking is available at the Arroyo Del Oso Golf Course Clubhouse (Osuna/Louisiana) and at the maintenance yard located on Osuna, near San Pedro.
