2 Men Shot Outside Queensbridge in Long Island City: NYPD
Two men were shot outside Queensbridge Houses in Long Island City about midnight Tuesday, police said. It is unclear who fired the shots.

LONG ISLAND CITY, QUEENS — Two men were shot in Long Island City about midnight Tuesday, according to police.
A 22-year-old man was shot in the arm and a 30-year-old man was shot in the foot outside Queensbridge Houses at 40-07 12th St., a police spokesperson said.
Video posted to Citizen shows a large police and EMS presence at the scene.

Emergency responders brought the first victim to Elmhurst Hospital and the second victim to Weill Cornell Hospital, according to police. Both are expected to survive.
Police did not have any information about the shooter(s) as of Wednesday morning.

The police spokesperson said the two victims were uncooperative with the investigation but could not elaborate.
