LONG ISLAND CITY, QUEENS — Court Square Park is getting a $4 million renovation, and community members can help decide what the revamp will look like.

City Council Member Jimmy Van Bramer, Queens Borough President Melinda Katz and officials from the city's parks department will be on hand Thursday at a meeting to determine the scope of the multimillion-dollar project, which is funded by Mayor Bill de Blasio's office.

The meeting marks the parks department's first step in the design process for a re-envisioned Court Square Park, which stands in front of the Long Island City courthouse.
