Cyclist Hospitalized After Crash In Astoria: FDNY
A cyclist was rushed to the hospital Wednesday morning after a crash in Astoria, according to the FDNY.
ASTORIA, QUEENS — A cyclist was rushed to the hospital Wednesday morning after a crash in Astoria, according to the FDNY.
The crash happened about 7:45 a.m. by the intersection of 10th Street and 35th Avenue, a Fire Department spokesperson said.
First responders rushed the cyclist to New York-Presbyterian Hospital. The spokesperson did not have any information on the cyclist's condition.

Witnesses told a SCOOTERCASTER reporter that the victim was a delivery man riding a bike.
A call for the NYPD's Collision Investigation Squad to respond was subsequently canceled, a police spokesperson told Patch; the unit investigates crashes when someone has been killed or critically injured.
