LONG ISLAND CITY, QUEENS — Police are looking for a man who attempted to rob a subway rider at knifepoint in the Queensboro Plaza station last week.

The suspect approached a 46-year-old man on the station's southbound platform midday on Nov. 13, pulled out a knife and demanded money, the NYPD said in a news release.

The man ran away without taking anything, according to police.
