ASTORIA, QUEENS — A driver struck and injured a pedestrian Friday morning in Astoria, according to a Fire Department spokesperson.

The pedestrian was hit about 9:30 a.m. on Astoria Boulevard between 30th and 31st Streets, the spokesperson said.

First responders rushed the pedestrian to Mount Sinai Queens.
