SEE IT: Long Island City’s Tallest Tower Is Complete
The 67-story luxury condo tower is not only the tallest skyscraper in Queens, but also in any of the boroughs aside from Manhattan.

LONG ISLAND CITY, QUEENS — Construction on the tallest building in Queens is now complete.
Developers broke ground on the Skyline Tower in Long Island City in 2017, and final touches to the building’s glass facade were installed as of Monday, New York YIMBY reported.
The 67-story luxury apartment building, located at 23-15 44th Drive, is not only the tallest skyscraper in Queens, but also in any of the boroughs except for Manhattan, according to a project spokesperson.

Sales of the building’s 802 condos launched in May 2019, and a small fraction of those units (50-plus) are currently on the market.
The currently-for-sale residences range from a $690,822 studio to a $2.9 million two-bedroom penthouse unit.

But the residential tower doesn’t just offer apartments — it also comes with a ton of amenities, including a 75-foot indoor pool and cedar-planked sauna, a pet spa and private valet parking, according to the project's website.
Designs are by Hill West architects and Whitehall Interiors, and United Construction & Development Group, FSA Capital, and Risland US Holdings LLC.
The building’s developers also bankrolled a $16 million accessible subway entrance at the nearby Court Square-23rd Street subway station, which opened in March of this year.
