A car mysteriously burst into flames in Astoria on Sunday. No one was injured.
ASTORIA, QUEENS — A car mysteriously burst into flames in Astoria on Sunday, a spokesperson for the FDNY said.
The silver, four-door sedan caught fire just after 1 p.m. Sunday in front of 22-63 19 St., according to the FDNY. No one was injured.
Witnesses said they heard a boom before the car started burning.

Firefighters have not yet determined the cause of the blaze, the FDNY spokesperson said.
