December at the Douglaston-Little Neck Library

Local literary events to get you through the month.

Chilly weather may be upon us, but fortunately the Douglaston-Little Neck Library has a full schedule of warming winter activities for December.

On Dec. 15, check out "Wasn't That a Time! Stories and Songs of the 1930s," with actress Shirley Blanc Romaine. The performance, which features stories, personal narratives and songs, begins at 6 p.m.

Below is the full list of the library's regular offerings.
