You may remember Theresa Caputo as the medium who back in August  , sharing stories and delivering messages from the beyond to benefit the Lexiebean Foundation.

Well Theresa is back, and this time she's gracing the top spot on AOL's homepage, as well as starring in her own reality show, TLC's "Long Island Medium."

A friend of the Falabella's first found Caputo at a restaurant in Hicksville, where she was performing readings for patrons. After discovering that Caputo also did fundraisers, the Falabellas thought an evening of other-worldly access might provide a fresh alternative to the organization's more standard roster of golf tournaments and walk-a-thons.

Though Caputo makes a living off her talent, she says the ability to communicate with the dead is more than just a day job; it's a lifestyle.
