National Night Out: 111th Precinct To Celebrate At Douglaston Shopping Center

DOUGLASTON, QUEENS — Every year, residents are invited to celebrate with New York City’s finest in an evening geared toward the common goal of partnership and safety for National Night Out. This year, the celebration falls on Aug. 1, when Bayside and Douglaston residents join the men and women of the 111th Precinct at Douglaston Shopping Center, located at 242-06 61st Ave.

The event takes place 6 to 9 p.m.

Residents will be able to meet with leaders and personnel from their communities while interacting with neighbors and local businesses. Attendees will receive information on ways to work with the NYPD and keep their neighborhoods safe

Youth games and other activities will also be available.
