One Station Plaza: New Beer Garden Hosts Soft Opening At Former C.J. Sullivan's Space
The new eatery comes to Bell Boulevard as the most recent venture from Bourbon Street owner Mark Boccia.

BAYSIDE, QUEENS — In June, popular Bell Boulevard spot C.J. Sullivan’s American Grill announced on its Facebook page that, after more than 24 years in business, the restaurant would be serving its last dinners and cocktails on June 4 and that the property had been sold to C.J. Sullivan’s neighbors, Bourbon Street.
Enter One Station Plaza, the newest eatery from Bourbon Street owner Mark Boccia.
Located at the corner of Bell Boulevard 21310 41st Avenue, right next to the Bayside railroad station, the new site is undergoing renovations and is said to officially open sometime in July, the Times Ledger reported.

On July 12, Bourbon Street’s Facebook page announced and invited the public to One Station Plaza’s soft opening. In the post’s comments, locals reflected on the location coming full circle.
“It was ‘One Station Plaza’ in the 80s!” one user commented.

Others lamented that “all good things must change,” congratulating the proprietor on One Station Plaza’s reemergence.
Guests will be able to choose from new-age-style fare with a classic bar flare comprising sandwiches, burgers, cheese boards, salads, desserts, entrees and drinks amid an outdoor beer garden open year-round. There will also be 16 tap handles of rotating local and import beer as well as a wine and specialty cocktail menu.
