Queens Man, 22, Dies After Car Overturns On Clearview Expressway

OAKLAND GARDENS, QUEENS — A 22-year-old Queens man died late Tuesday when his car flipped over on the Clearview Expressway.

Ridgewood resident Edison Panora was driving north on the Clearview Expressway by 69th Avenue just before midnight when he crashed and his car overturned, police said.

Emergency responders rushed an unconscious and unresponsive Panora to North Shore University Long Island Jewish Hospital, where he died.

An investigation by the NYPD's Collision Investigation Squad is ongoing.
