Queens Motorcyclist Killed In Crash In Oakland Gardens: Police
The motorcycle rider died early Monday after colliding with an SUV along 73rd Avenue in Oakland Gardens, police said.
OAKLAND GARDENS, QUEENS — A motorcyclist was killed early Monday in Oakland Gardens after colliding with an SUV, police said.
Woodhaven resident Carlos J. Guzman was riding a Harley Davidson motorcycle west along 73rd Avenue when the crash unfolded just after midnight.
Guzman was crossing 224th Street when he struck the back of 2019 Toyota 4Runner as the driver, a 50-year-old woman, was turning left onto the avenue, according to an NYPD news release.

EMS rushed the 37-year-old motorcyclist to Long Island Jewish Medical Center, where he died.
Police had not filed any charges as of Monday.
